Babel

The Tower of Babel (also known as Babel) is the Guardian Tower of Raimei Ōtsutsuki.

Backstory

Babel is a massive black tower in the Legend of Zelda games. In the Lord of the Rings, Saruon's tower is similar to the tower of Babel. In the Fan-made series of Mega Man ZX Shippuden, it is a guardian dragon of Raimei.
